Why This Site Exists

HEYTEA arrived in the United States in December 2023, opening on Broadway in Midtown Manhattan and selling 2,500 cups on its first day. It has grown to 51 shops across 10 states since. What has not arrived is a straightforward way to find out what anything costs.

HEYTEA publishes no US menu on its website. There is no price list, no calorie sheet, no nutrition PDF. The corporate site carries brand photography and a handful of flagship stores in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Ordering happens inside an app, which means the menu is invisible until you have installed something and picked a shop.

So people search instead, and what they find is a dozen near-identical sites listing prices and calorie counts with no indication of where any of it came from. Several cite an official HEYTEA nutrition PDF. That document does not exist. We checked.

This site is the attempt to do it properly: gather what is genuinely published, say plainly where each number came from, and mark clearly the places where the honest answer is that nobody outside HEYTEA knows.

How We Get Our Data

Every figure on this site comes from one of three places, and each page says which.

Menu and Prices

HEYTEA does not publish a US menu, so prices come from its Uber Eats listings, which are the only public source. That matters in one direction: delivery menu prices sit above what you pay at the counter. Treat the figures here as the upper end. We say so on the delivery page too, rather than only in the small print.

Item names, descriptions, sizes, allergen declarations and the full customisation list come from the same source and are HEYTEA's own wording.

Store Locations and Hours

Addresses, phone numbers, opening hours, coordinates and ratings come from the shops' own Google Business listings. Where a shop publishes no phone number or no hours, the field is left empty rather than guessed, and the page says the data is not listed. 43 of 51 shops list a phone number and 43 list hours.

Nutrition

This is the honest gap. HEYTEA publishes no nutrition data for its US menu, no delivery platform carries it, and the mobile app's data is not publicly accessible. The calorie and macro figures on this site are estimates, modelled for a regular cup at the default Less Sugar setting, and every place they appear is labelled as an estimate. They are a guide for comparing drinks against each other, not a nutrition label. If you have a medical reason to need exact figures, ask HEYTEA directly.

How Often It Updates

The site rebuilds automatically every week. Each page carries an "Updated" date showing when its content was last refreshed, and that date is the same in the page text, the page source and the sitemap. It is not a decoration: if a page says it was updated on a date, that is when its data was last rebuilt.

Who Runs This

theHeytea.com is run by a small editorial team rather than a named personality. We are not baristas, we do not work for HEYTEA, and we have no inside access. What we have is a repeatable process for collecting what is published and the discipline to leave a field empty when nothing reliable exists.

The site carries advertising, which is what pays for the work. That does not change which prices get listed or which drinks get recommended, and nothing on the site is a paid placement by HEYTEA or anyone else.

Corrections

Prices change, shops move, hours shift with the season. If something here is wrong, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed. A shop name and what is wrong with it is enough; you do not need to explain further.

Corrections are checked against the source, and because the site rebuilds weekly, a fix appears on the next run. Report an error.
