What This Site Is For
theHeytea.com publishes information about the HEYTEA menu and its 51 US shops. It is a reference, nothing more. You cannot place an order here, redeem anything, or reach HEYTEA through us.
Accuracy
We work from public sources and check what we publish, but none of it is guaranteed current or correct. Three things are worth stating plainly.
Prices come from HEYTEA's delivery listings, which are the only public US source and run above counter prices. They vary by location and change without notice. Do not rely on a figure here for a purchase decision that matters.
Nutrition figures are estimates. HEYTEA publishes no US nutrition data. The calorie and macro numbers across all 39 items are modelled for a regular cup at the default sugar level. They are for comparing drinks against each other. If you have an allergy, a medical condition or any reason to need exact values, ask HEYTEA directly and do not rely on this site.
Hours and addresses come from public business listings and can lag reality, particularly around holidays and new openings. Call the shop before travelling.

Comments and Ratings
Posting a comment or a rating means you grant us permission to display it on the site indefinitely. You keep ownership of what you wrote.
Comments publish immediately without review. We may remove anything that is spam, abusive, defamatory, off-topic or unlawful, and we do not have to explain a removal. Ratings are one per drink per browser.
Do not post anything personal or identifying in a comment. It appears publicly the moment you submit it. If you posted something you want removed, ask.

This site carries display advertising. Advertisers have no influence over what is published, which prices are listed or which drinks appear in any ranking. Nothing on this site is a paid placement.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including from a price, calorie figure, set of opening hours or address that turns out to be wrong. If you need certainty, get it from HEYTEA.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
